- Own the Hosto Agent roadmap end-to-end
- Design conversational UX and memory handling across sessions
- Optimize post-signup flow and activation
- Define and implement the agent autonomy ladder
- Ship weekly with an engineering pod
- Conduct weekly user calls and session replay analysis
