Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B product management, ideally in enterprise software or developer tooling environments.
- Strong domain knowledge of build acceleration, CI/CD systems, DevOps practices, and software delivery pipelines.
- Background as a software engineer or degree in computer science or related technical field.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and manage complex, data-driven product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of enterprise development ecosystems, including build tools such as Java, JavaScript, and Python environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and telemetry to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in complex organizational environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for build acceleration and developer productivity capabilities within a complex enterprise platform.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
- Translate customer needs, telemetry data, and business goals into clear, prioritized product requirements and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with AI strategy teams to identify and develop AI-driven product capabilities leveraging unique platform data and domain expertise.
- Work closely with engineering teams to guide delivery, ensuring alignment on “why,” “what,” and “how” throughout the development lifecycle.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and presales teams to define go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enterprise-facing product materials.
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, representing the product to customers, partners, and industry communities.
- Continuously evaluate industry trends across DevOps, CI/CD, build systems, and AI tooling to inform product direction.
