Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead product role.
  • Proven experience delivering successful B2B or B2C products at scale in complex environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML products, including understanding of model lifecycles and production deployment.
  • Solid knowledge of Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics and data tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker).
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Productboard, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product launches.
  • Experience in SaaS, conversational AI, or enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of telephony systems, IVR platforms, or voice infrastructure (e.g., SIP, VoIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a GenAI-powered IVR testing platform aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Lead product discovery, validation, and feature definition using data, customer feedback, and AI/ML insights.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to define evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Partner with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams across the full product lifecycle.
  • Drive product launches, go-to-market coordination, and stakeholder alignment across regions and time zones.
  • Own product documentation, compliance readiness, and release materials to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs, analytics, and user feedback to continuously optimize adoption and impact.
