Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead product role.
- Proven experience delivering successful B2B or B2C products at scale in complex environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML products, including understanding of model lifecycles and production deployment.
- Solid knowledge of Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics and data tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker).
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Productboard, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product launches.
- Experience in SaaS, conversational AI, or enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of telephony systems, IVR platforms, or voice infrastructure (e.g., SIP, VoIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect) is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a GenAI-powered IVR testing platform aligned with business objectives.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead product discovery, validation, and feature definition using data, customer feedback, and AI/ML insights.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to define evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and performance benchmarks.
- Partner with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams across the full product lifecycle.
- Drive product launches, go-to-market coordination, and stakeholder alignment across regions and time zones.
- Own product documentation, compliance readiness, and release materials to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs, analytics, and user feedback to continuously optimize adoption and impact.
