- 6+ years of experience in Product Management
- At least 2 years focused on design tools, creative platforms, or productivity products
- Proven experience building consumer-facing products from 0→1
- Experience scaling products to maturity
- Strong background in B2C product ecosystems
- Experience working with AI-driven or automation-based products such as generative AI or multimodal systems
- Strong UX sensibility with an understanding of visual hierarchy and layout principles
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and experimentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for an AI-powered design and creation platform.
- Own the full user journey for content creation workflows including ideation, design, layout, editing, and publishing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, AI, Research, and Marketing.
- Define and optimize user workflows, templates, and design systems for non-technical users.
- Ensure integrated user experiences across writing, chat, and productivity tools.
- Use data, experimentation, and user research to guide prioritization and improve product performance.
- Drive growth, engagement, retention, and user satisfaction.
- Establish clear success metrics and analytics frameworks.
