Requirements
- Proven track record driving ARR/pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO and automated content workflows.
- Proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Deep understanding of traditional Technical SEO and site architecture.
- Knowledge of emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) rules.
- High level of comfort with funnel math, cohort performance, CAC efficiency, and pipeline velocity.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with teams or cross-functional squads.
- Ability to operate with high accountability and minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Wati’s organic growth roadmap across traditional search and Generative/Answer Engine Optimization.
- Own the organic growth funnel and ensure initiatives include target metrics and revenue logic.
- Design and implement fully scalable, programmatic, and AI-assisted content workflows.
- Utilize agentic coding tools to automate SEO tasks, internal linking, and content research.
- Maintain technical SEO standards including indexation, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize content structures for LLM digestion using Schema and entity-driven structures.
- Lead and mentor teams with high accountability and weekly review loops.
