Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a meaningful portion in growth or demand generation roles
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling inbound from $10M to $50M ARR, ideally at a Series B-stage company
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across SEO, content marketing, paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit), and organic social
  • Proven experience designing and running ABM programs in close partnership with sales teams
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with attribution models, cohort analysis, and pipeline forecasting
  • Experience managing and developing team members in a fast-paced growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Design long-term strategy and execute the full inbound marketing playbook across organic and paid channels, together with your direct reports
  • Own SEO and content-led growth: ranking for high-intent keywords on Google and building topical authority in the IT tech space
  • Build Workwize's solid presence in LLM-generated answers and AI search surfaces (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) as a core distribution channel
  • Drive organic social strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to grow brand awareness and community
  • Manage paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Reddit, owning budget, creative strategy, bidding logic, and performance
  • Partner with the outbound sales team to design and run ABM motions: identify target accounts, warm them through paid and content, and trigger outbound outreach based on engagement signals
  • Mature the infrastructure. This includes tooling, workflows, and scoring to connect inbound intent signals with outbound execution
  • Set and own inbound pipeline contribution goals, working closely with revenue leadership to align on targets
  • Build full-funnel reporting across all inbound channels: impressions → clicks → MQLs → pipeline → revenue
  • Continuously identify new growth levers, prioritize experiments, and iterate rapidly based on data
  • Translate market trends and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing programs
