- High-level competency with modern tooling, including Ahrefs and comparable platforms (plus crawling, analytics, and log or performance tools).
- Comfort designing experiments and making decisions based on evidence.
- Excellent written communication: you can explain what matters, what does not, and what to do next.
- Strong moral compass and mature judgment under pressure.
- Clear commitment to sustainable growth practices and platform compliance.
- Ability to say no to risky tactics, even when results are tempting.

- Own the organic search roadmap across site architecture, technical health, content systems, internal linking, and authority.
