Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within crypto, consumer fintech, or retail trading platforms.
  • Experience building growth functions from scratch with a portfolio of experiments that demonstrably moved key performance indicators.
  • Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and modern attribution tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad copy, landing pages, and creator briefs.
  • A deep understanding of crypto-native culture or traditional brokerage environments. Candidates must be excited to master the landscape of perpetual DEXs and on-chain trading.
  • A "high-agency" individual who operates independently and takes full ownership of the growth roadmap.
  • Prior experience in regulated or semi-regulated industries (e.g., iGaming, CFDs).
  • Experience managing Affiliate or Introducing Broker (IB) programs.
  • Expertise in neo-distribution tactics, such as video clipping or large-scale TikTok/YouTube creator programs.
  • Familiarity with AI tooling for marketing automation.
  • Personal experience as an active trader.

Responsibilities

  • User Acquisition Ownership: Maintain accountability for the top-of-funnel metrics, including traffic, sign-ups, funded accounts, and first-trade conversions.
  • Channel Discovery & Arbitrage: Identify, test, and scale diverse acquisition channels such as SEO, lifecycle marketing, paid social, and regional channels across LATAM, SEA, and MENA.
  • Influencer & Creator Strategy: Develop a specialized creator program focused on traders; manage sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and performance measurement across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • SEO & Content Motion: Establish a comprehensive SEO strategy from scratch, encompassing keyword research, programmatic pages, comparison content, and education hubs in collaboration with engineering and content teams.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Oversee the automated user journey from waitlist to first deposit and long-term retention using email, push notifications, and in-app triggers.
  • Paid Media Management: Deploy and optimize paid acquisition efforts where regulation permits, including programmatic, search, and native advertising, while maintaining a strict "fail-fast" experimental cadence.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Define core growth metrics and build dashboards to monitor CAC by channel, conversion rates, LTV, and payback periods.
