- Build Workwize's solid presence in LLM-generated answers and AI search surfaces (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) as a core distribution channel
- Drive organic social strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to grow brand awareness and community
- Manage paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Reddit, owning budget, creative strategy, bidding logic, and performance
- Partner with the outbound sales team to design and run ABM motions: identify target accounts, warm them through paid and content, and trigger outbound outreach based on engagement signals
- Mature the infrastructure. This includes tooling, workflows, and scoring to connect inbound intent signals with outbound execution
- Set and own inbound pipeline contribution goals, working closely with revenue leadership to align on targets
