Requirements
- 1–2+ years in call center, inside sales, or high-volume customer-facing roles
- Proven success in a performance-driven, metrics-based environment
- Experience handling high call volume with consistency and quality
- Demonstrated ability in objection handling and influencing decisions
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and dedicated workspace
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and shift variations
- Charismatic, empathetic, and articulate

Responsibilities
- Handle 100+ daily inbound and outbound interactions with energy and consistency
- Schedule in-home and virtual consultations by positioning the value of the visit
- Build trust quickly through active listening, empathy, and clear communication
- Own your leads from start to finish—including follow-ups and callbacks
- Perform rehash work—re-engage and convert previously unclosed opportunities
- Confidently overcome objections, including saving cancelled appointments
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience across phone and chat
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining strong organization and accuracy
- Track activity and performance in CRM tools
- Continuously improve your approach, messaging, and results
