Requirements
- Proven experience with MyCRM and other loan processing platforms
- Recently worked for a brokerage firm
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end loan application and settlement process especially in the Australian market
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Previous experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services is preferred
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable liaising with external lenders and internal teams
- Skilled at tracking, reporting, and problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring accuracy and timely progression
- Use MyCRM, Apply Online (AOL) and Simplology systems to process applications efficiently
- Maintain organized loan files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing
- Monitor loan progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, lender requirements, and regulatory standards
- Order valuations and Pricing
- Assist with Discharges and Loan documents
- Understand how lender calculators work
