- Previous experience in Australian mortgage processing.
Responsibilities
- Reprice loans when required.
- Order property valuations.
- Rename and organize loan documents correctly.
- Review loan documents before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Follow lender checklists to confirm required documentation.
- Advise brokers on missing client documentation.
- Enter client information into Quickli to support credit assessors.
- Complete lender documentation and Apply Online submissions.
- Send credit guides and compliance documentation.
