Requirements
- Proven ability with managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and MRI
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience in property management, insurance administration or a related field is a plus
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps: Needs to be Wired (Buy a dongle if no LAN port)
- i5 11th Gen or higher
- Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
Responsibilities
- Process renter’s insurance enrollments, updates, renewals, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner
- Review policy documentation to ensure compliance with company requirements and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of resident insurance coverage within internal systems
- Partner with on-site property teams to verify coverage, resolve discrepancies, and support lease compliance
- Communicate with residents to provide guidance on insurance requirements, coverage options, and policy status
- Assist in reporting, audits, and process improvements related to insurance tracking and compliance
