Requirements
- Fully fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to perform accurate translations and professional verbal communication.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to influence and guide leads into scheduled service appointments.
- A proven track record of long-term commitment and consistency in a remote environment.
- Ability to quickly learn the workflows associated with the HVAC and plumbing service industry.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle a mix of tasks under time-sensitive seasonal pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage new marketing leads by performing light outbound appointment-setting to keep the service schedule full.
- Provide high-level Spanish translations and communication support to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Execute various administrative tasks to maintain organization within our heating, air, and plumbing operations.
- Rapidly onboard and prepare for a high-volume workload starting within the next two weeks.
- Help bridge current operational gaps by maintaining reliable, long-term systems and records.
- Handle incoming inquiries and coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless appointment flow.
