Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate interview scheduling in close partnership with the team - ensuring a smooth, timely, and well-run candidate experience across time zones
- Support recruiting operations - maintaining ATS data, job postings, candidate pipelines, and overall system quality
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes - helping ensure a smooth, well-organized experience for new hires and departing team members
- Maintain accurate People data and documentation across systems, ensuring consistency, organization, and reliability
- Support planning and execution of company offsites and team gatherings
- Conduct research and synthesize information to support People Ops and recruiting efforts
- Identify gaps, follow through on open items, and ensure work is carried through to completion without things stalling or getting lost
- Provide general support across People Ops - jumping in across projects, processes, and day-to-day operations as needed
