Requirements

  • Kajabi Experience: Comfortable navigating and scheduling within the Kajabi platform.
  • Marketing & Copywriting: Strong experience in writing "voice-aligned" copy that converts.
  • Highly Structured: Possess a Project Management mindset and naturally organize chaos.
  • Independent & Fast: Can work with minimal guidance and are known for speed and accuracy.
  • Communication: A strict 24-hour reply window is required for all internal communications.
  • Design Skills: Basic to medium proficiency in Canva.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume email accounts, drafting replies and ensuring no lead or client goes unreplied.
  • Process business cards and new contacts, add to CRM, connect on social media, and send personalized follow-up emails.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for business statistics, expenses, and affiliate revenue tracking.
  • Return unanswered calls and respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule monthly newsletters and maintain the website/blog with fresh content using Kajabi.
  • Execute social media strategy and calendar, posting content created by the creative team.
  • Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach.
  • Engage authentically with other accounts and manage all comments on Instagram and YouTube.
  • Use Canva to create professional graphics, posters, and content outlines.
  • Tweak website SEO for performance and write compelling sales copy and captions.
  • Ensure affiliate products are strategically integrated into social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Handle communications with current sponsors and proactively identify/reach out to potential new sponsors.
