- Kajabi Experience: Comfortable navigating and scheduling within the Kajabi platform.
- Marketing & Copywriting: Strong experience in writing "voice-aligned" copy that converts.
- Highly Structured: Possess a Project Management mindset and naturally organize chaos.
- Independent & Fast: Can work with minimal guidance and are known for speed and accuracy.
- Communication: A strict 24-hour reply window is required for all internal communications.
- Design Skills: Basic to medium proficiency in Canva.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume email accounts, drafting replies and ensuring no lead or client goes unreplied.
- Process business cards and new contacts, add to CRM, connect on social media, and send personalized follow-up emails.
- Maintain spreadsheets for business statistics, expenses, and affiliate revenue tracking.
- Return unanswered calls and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Schedule monthly newsletters and maintain the website/blog with fresh content using Kajabi.
- Execute social media strategy and calendar, posting content created by the creative team.
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach.
- Engage authentically with other accounts and manage all comments on Instagram and YouTube.
- Use Canva to create professional graphics, posters, and content outlines.
- Tweak website SEO for performance and write compelling sales copy and captions.
- Ensure affiliate products are strategically integrated into social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Handle communications with current sponsors and proactively identify/reach out to potential new sponsors.
