- Experience handling US or AUS-based accounts
- Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g,. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g,. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Tech Savvy
- Proactive attitude
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services
- Qualify leads and gather relevant business information
- Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects
- Update call results and notes accurately in CRM
- Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets
