Requirements

- Familiarity with CRMs and dialing tools like Aircall, JustCall, or CloudTalk
- Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic and discipline
- Ability to work during UK or US time zones
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects daily
- Introduce products or services and spark interest with potential clients
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and book appointments or demos
- Follow call scripts, objection-handling techniques, and value propositions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and feedback in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and meetings booked
