Requirements
- Experience both leading people and building marketing systems
- Roughly 5-7 years of marketing experience, with some experience coordinating or managing a small team
- Comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution level
- Owned marketing campaigns or initiatives from start to finish
- Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, paid media, and website optimization
- Demonstrated strong judgment when evaluating messaging, copy, and campaign quality
- Comfortable using marketing data and performance signals to guide decisions
- Use AI solutions to improve the speed and quality of your work
- Bring a mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
- Humble, eager to learn, and happy to ask questions and seek clarity
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments (bonus)
- Experience with SEO strategy, content marketing, and digital campaign management (bonus)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, and analytics dashboards (bonus)
- Working understanding of how to measure and improve marketing-qualified lead generation (bonus)
