Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, DTC eCommerce, or another role with heavy operational coordination
- Demonstrated operational discipline
- Working familiarity with direct-response concepts (CPA, ROAS, tracking links)
- Highly organized and able to manage many small moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Comfort with Google Sheets and project management tools
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools (GRIN, Aspire, Impact.com) is a plus
- A genuine interest in creator content
- Eagerness to learn from a more experienced operator and grow into a full Coordinator-level seat over 12–24 month
Responsibilities
- Identify and surface vetted influencer candidates on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with Shameless Snacks' brand values and target audience for your manager's review and approval
- Draft and send creator outreach using approved templates, customize as needed, and route responses to your manager for next steps
- Support negotiation and contracting — sending contracts, confirming usage rights and deliverables, and maintaining clean records on every deal
- Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end, including drafting briefs from your manager's strategy notes, scheduling, link creation, contracts, product seeding, timelines, and payment terms
- Pull individual creator performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS), build weekly throughput reports for your manager's review, and flag underperformers early so the team can act fast
- Maintain the creator roster master sheet with 100% accuracy — every creator's status, deal terms, ship dates, post dates, tracking link, and payment status, refreshed weekly
- Process creator payments on the agreed cadence, coordinate with finance, and follow up on any failed or delayed payouts
- Work closely with growth, creative, ops, and media teams to plug top-performing content into paid campaigns, whitelisting, and top-of-funnel strategy
- Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to bring fresh ideas back to the team
