Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and growth experimentation.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across ad networks, native platforms, or programmatic environments.
- Deep understanding of CRO methodologies, statistical significance, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluency in Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, or equivalent.
- Sharp grasp of consumer behavior, pricing psychology, and messaging that converts.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into insight and strategy.
- Growth mindset — experimental, curious, data-obsessed, and resilient under uncertainty.
- Background in engineering, data science, marketing, or economics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Launch and scale high-performing campaigns across AppLovin, Unity, Taboola, and other non-social ad networks.
- Own budgeting, bidding, and testing to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Run structured experiments across placements, creatives, and funnels — analyzing and iterating fast.
- Expand and diversify traffic sources beyond traditional paid social.
- Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing and checkout flows.
- Optimize for profit per visitor, balancing CVR, AOV, and margins.
- Apply CRO levers — urgency, social proof, pricing, personalization — to boost conversion.
- Lead creative decisions with data and conversion psychology.
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-impact, scalable assets.
- Analyze performance dashboards to pinpoint growth levers and bottlenecks.
- Share insights and next steps across teams.
- Balance short-term results with long-term, profitable growth.
