Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing acquisition funnels in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics including CVR, AOV, RPV, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and modern landing page or funnel-building platforms such as Gempages, Replo, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms such as GA4, Triple Whale, or other performance tracking and attribution tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead structured experimentation and A/B testing programs with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating closely with paid media teams and understanding the relationship between creative strategy, targeting, and conversion performance.
  • Ability to brief and direct developers, designers, and copywriters effectively while maintaining high execution standards.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and project management skills in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in DTC brands, supplements, wellness, or performance marketing is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance strategic oversight with rapid execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance and optimization of acquisition funnels, landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows across multiple regional markets.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization strategies focused on improving Revenue per Visitor, Average Order Value, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Lead structured A/B testing programs by defining hypotheses, success metrics, implementation plans, and post-launch analysis.
  • Identify and diagnose funnel performance issues related to messaging, creative alignment, offer positioning, user experience friction, or checkout inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with developers, designers, copywriters, and paid media teams to deliver high-performing funnel experiences.
  • Oversee the commercial execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives from concept through launch and optimization.
  • Provide strategic feedback to paid acquisition teams by connecting advertising performance insights with on-site conversion data.
  • Monitor funnel analytics, attribution data, and customer behavior trends to guide decision-making and scaling opportunities.
  • Ensure rapid testing, iteration, and continuous improvement in all conversion and funnel-related initiatives.
