Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields
  • Proven experience with CRO strategies, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, VWO, or similar platforms
  • Experience analyzing digital funnels, user behavior, and conversion metrics
  • Familiarity with website and landing page tools such as Webflow and HubSpot
  • Understanding of technical performance concepts (Core Web Vitals, SEO basics, page speed optimization)
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and creative teams
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, UX writing, SaaS environments, and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Structuring and optimizing the institutional website, product pages, and conversion flows to maximize performance and user experience
  • Identifying and eliminating friction points across user journeys, landing pages, forms, and acquisition funnels
  • Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests focused on conversion rate and lead quality improvement
  • Developing hypotheses based on quantitative data (analytics, funnels, events) and qualitative insights (heatmaps, session recordings, usability tests)
  • Managing tracking infrastructure using tools such as Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate measurement of user interactions
  • Monitoring key performance metrics such as conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement, and acquisition cost
  • Building and maintaining a continuous experimentation pipeline, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and effort
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Producing insights, reports, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
