Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across both tech and non-tech roles
  • Experience hiring globally (e.g. Europe, US)
  • Experience designing, implementing, or improving Performance Management frameworks, including goal setting (performance / development), review cycles and continuous feedback)
  • Strong knowledge of talent and people tools (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn, HRIS - Hibob)
  • Proven ability to manage projects, with a track record of delivering People initiatives (e.g. PM cycles, framework rollouts) at pace
  • Exposure to broader Talent Management / People disciplines (e.g.development, rewards)
  • Background in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide a best-in-class hiring experience
  • Support employer branding, including writing compelling job adverts and promoting internal mobility
  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Form3’s annual Performance Management Framework.
  • Drive forward the end-to-end performance cycle (goal setting, in-year reviews and continuous feedback)
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders on performance, feedback, and development initiatives
  • Use data and insights to track performance trends and inform decisions
