Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, IR thermography, or power quality analysis
Strong understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, and distribution equipment
Experience in IR Thermography
Experience in Project/Bid Estimating
Experience handling commercial electrical projects
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret technical data and provide practical recommendations
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to produce accurate technical reports
Experience with Power Quality Analysis (Preferred)
Arc Flash study and analysis experience (Preferred)
Experience using Accubid software (Preferred)
Experience working with estimation tools or custom Excel-based estimating systems (Preferred)

Analyze field data to produce comprehensive IR Thermography and Power Quality Analysis (PQA) reports
Review report content, including images and readings, to ensure accuracy and consistency with field conditions
Verify that documented assets align with actual site equipment and conditions
Identify deficiencies based on testing results and collected data
Evaluate and prioritize recommended repairs based on severity and operational risk
Develop clear and actionable scopes of work for corrective actions
Submit finalized reports with supporting documentation and repair recommendations
Prepare project and service remediation estimates
Support the interpretation of technical data and provide practical engineering solutions
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on report reviews and estimating requirements
