Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in a professional, fast-paced environment (HR, recruiting, operations, or coordination preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, etc.).
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination and recruiting process administration to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Serve as a primary contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients, ensuring timely and high-quality communication.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
- Support recruiting analytics by preparing reports, dashboards, and key hiring metrics for decision-making.
- Assist with internal and external recruiting communications and candidate engagement efforts.
- Support compliance requirements and ensure adherence to hiring policies and standards.
- Contribute to process improvements, recruiting projects, and strategic talent initiatives.
