Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a professional, fast-paced environment (HR, recruiting, operations, or coordination preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, etc.).
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end interview coordination and recruiting process administration to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Serve as a primary contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients, ensuring timely and high-quality communication.
  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
  • Support recruiting analytics by preparing reports, dashboards, and key hiring metrics for decision-making.
  • Assist with internal and external recruiting communications and candidate engagement efforts.
  • Support compliance requirements and ensure adherence to hiring policies and standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements, recruiting projects, and strategic talent initiatives.
