- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for school-based programs.
- Forecast staffing needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Post job openings and utilize sourcing techniques for school-based roles.
- Review applications and conduct initial video interviews.
- Serve as primary contact for staffing all school-based cases (BT, RBT, BCBA).
- Match staff to cases based on availability, skill, and location.
- Coordinate placement logistics and credentialing with school districts.
- Maintain up-to-date staffing matrix and track case coverage.
- Manage records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate recruitment metrics and report to leadership.
