Requirements

  • Experience recruiting within SaaS start-up or scale-up environments across multiple business functions and geographic regions.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a full requisition load from kickoff through successful offer acceptance.
  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing techniques and identifying hard-to-find talent profiles.
  • Experience working with modern applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby, with strong attention to recruitment process management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and influence hiring teams.
  • Strong candidate engagement and closing abilities, with a talent for presenting opportunities in a compelling and authentic way.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and funnel data to improve outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with high levels of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, from intake meetings and sourcing strategies to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role expectations, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles in competitive talent markets.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using modern recruitment strategies, with a focus on passive talent and international hiring pipelines.
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience, acting as a strong ambassador throughout every stage of the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics and leverage data insights to optimize hiring efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records and workflow management within ATS platforms while ensuring excellent process and data hygiene.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruitment processes, strengthen employer branding, and support talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders to support informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.
