Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 5+ years, or High School diploma with 7+ years in IT or related systems experience
- Experience in application development, systems integration, or IT support roles
- Hands-on experience with interface engines and integration platforms (e.g., Health Connect or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and technical priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, data flows, or clinical/operational applications preferred
- ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of start date (for IT roles)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full systems development lifecycle, including feasibility analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements of integration solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and support interface engine solutions, including creating, modifying, and troubleshooting system interfaces within healthcare integration platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions that enhance system performance and functionality.
- Support planning and execution of integration projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation standards are consistently met.
- Provide input into system design decisions and assist in implementing small-scale system enhancements and departmental initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation, task tracking, resource planning, and communication updates for assigned integration initiatives.
- Contribute to system training efforts and assist in defining training requirements for end users and technical teams.
