Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (tech recruiting preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear, effective communication skills
  • Based in the EST time zone, preferably the New York Tri-State area and willing to commute to our NYC, Manhattan office 1-2x on average monthly

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Jr. to Mid-level roles across Technical, Commercial, and G&A functions
  • Manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment
  • Drive outbound sourcing strategy while owning inbound ATS pipeline management (Lever)
  • Lead intake sessions and align with hiring managers on role scope, candidate profile, and market realities
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process
  • Use funnel metrics and data to improve pipeline health, conversion rates, and time to fill
  • Support talent initiatives including process improvements, employer branding, and interview best practices
  • Leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, and efficiency
