Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes
- Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
- Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
