Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes
  • Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
  • Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate updates
  • Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
