- Proven experience in full-cycle hiring with a strength in tech recruiting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level).
- Deep understanding of regional French talent dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle across tech and non-tech functions.
- Act as a consultant and partner to hiring managers to align expectations and drive hiring decisions.
- Map out the local French talent landscape and build pipelines.
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability.
- Design and execute structured recruitment processes.
