Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
  • Experience with budget management and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize campaigns continuously to improve performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target ads effectively.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently across campaigns and platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital advertising.
