Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Paid Media, primarily Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns; senior candidates should demonstrate experience defining strategy, not just executing it.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or multi-client environment.
- Familiarity with GA4, Power BI, and spreadsheets for performance tracking and reporting.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or campaign performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns, primarily in Google Ads, with increasing ownership over campaign structure and strategic direction based on experience level.
- Manage and allocate budgets across platforms, ensuring efficiency, while identifying opportunities to scale or reallocate investment based on performance insights.
- Contribute to and align campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency across the funnel and identifying cross-channel opportunities.
- Build and analyze performance dashboards (Looker Studio, spreadsheets), extracting actionable insights and, at more senior levels, defining optimization frameworks and testing roadmaps.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, platform-based AI) to improve campaign performance, streamline workflows, generate insights, and elevate the quality and speed of deliverables across the team.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and business goals.
- Participate in client-facing conversations, explaining performance clearly; senior profiles are expected to contribute to strategic recommendations and challenge existing approaches when needed.
