Requirements
- Proven track record in social media management and high-end video editing.
- Experience in the finance or lending space is essential.
- Expert in video editing software.
- Comfortable navigating CRM/Marketing systems (Apollo and Bravo experience is a plus).
- Ability to provide monthly reports that explain the "why" behind successes or declines in engagement and leads.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive under a demanding leader with high expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while leading the launch of our TikTok channel.
- Drive "Scenario Leads" and "Application Leads" through organic content and paid media advertising.
- Maintain a strict content schedule, planning 3 months in advance and submitting all finalized posts for approval 30 days before publication.
- Assist with broker marketing emails and the creation of a monthly newsletter.
- Design and produce professional investor presentation packs (PowerPoint) and digital E-books to support capital-raising efforts.
- Arrange for local video captures in Sydney when necessary and maintain a meticulous library of all raw files, system passwords (Appollo/Bravo), and marketing assets.
