Requirements
- 3–5+ years in creator management, UGC, influencer marketing, or content strategy
- Strong experience in DTC / e-commerce environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple creators and content pipelines
- Experience briefing creators for high-performing short-form content
- Strong understanding of content performance and creative strategy
- Strong visual instinct
- Ability to identify and adapt viral content patterns
- Highly organized with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
Responsibilities
- Source and reach out to creators (videographers, lawn transformation creators, UGC creators)
- Vet creators based on content quality, audience fit, and brand alignment
- Build a repeatable onboarding process (briefs, expectations, payment terms, timelines)
- Act as the main point of contact for all creators and maintain consistent communication
- Negotiate rates and manage payments within budget
- Write clear, actionable content briefs and align creators with editors
- Maintain a content calendar and identify high-performing trends and formats
- Structure affiliate systems and build SOPs for scalable creator monetization
