- Have personally tried AI tools to source, screen, interview, manage candidates, or simply use AI to communicate with candidates, or any other scenario using AI.
- Comfortable sharing what worked - and/or what didn't - in a casual, conversational format.
- Want to grow your personal brand and reach a wider professional audience across APAC.
- Be a Senior Recruiter, Recruitment Lead, or TA Manager based anywhere in APAC.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools in their recruitment and a story worth sharing.
Responsibilities
- Share day-to-day experiences with AI tools in recruitment.
- Deliver a 10-minute speed insights + storytelling session.
- Participate in a 75-minute online session.
- Create a quick 30-second intro video.
