Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce, lead generation, or digital brands
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising strategies
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
- Experience with audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and weekly performance reports
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize profitability and campaign performance
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy
- Implement retargeting and funnel strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Stay up to date with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices
- Track conversion events using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools
