Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce, lead generation, or digital brands
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising strategies
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
  • Experience with audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and weekly performance reports
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize profitability and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy
  • Implement retargeting and funnel strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention
  • Stay up to date with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices
  • Track conversion events using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools
