Requirements
- 2-4 years in paid social media buying with hands-on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager experience
- Proven track record managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets for e-commerce brands across TikTok and Meta
- Experience with B2B lead generation or agency marketing campaigns (preferred but not required)
- Strong grasp of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPL
- Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills for presenting performance and strategy to clients
- Creative eye for identifying winning ad concepts and adapting them cross-platform
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high-budget accounts plus internal campaigns
- Passion for performance marketing, platform trends, and growth marketing
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize TikTok ad campaigns, driving maximum ROAS for D2C brands across feed ads, spark ads, live shopping ads, and product shopping ads.
- Scale Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) using proven TikTok-to-Meta playbooks, leveraging winning creative and audience strategies across both platforms.
- Run continuous A/B tests on creative, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies across TikTok and Meta to improve performance and scale profitably.
- Analyze campaign data daily across both platforms to identify opportunities and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and provide data-driven feedback on what's working across TikTok and Meta formats.
- Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting in real-time to maximize performance while minimizing wasted spend on both platforms.
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns across Meta to attract enterprise and celebrity brand partners.
- Test and optimize agency acquisition funnels, landing pages, and lead magnets to drive qualified inbound opportunities.
- Track and report on agency marketing ROI, cost per lead, and lead-to-client conversion rates.
- Partner with Account Managers to align paid media with organic and affiliate strategies for cohesive brand growth.
- Stay ahead of TikTok and Meta platform updates, beta features, and advertising best practices to maintain competitive advantages
