Requirements

Proven experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager within a large real estate brokerage
Hands on experience with at least one of the following platforms: eRelocation (by ASK), AnywheRE / Leads Engine (by Realogy), Broker Center (by Cartus), Global Referral Network (by Sotheby’s International Realty), CIH Network (by Compass Real Estate)
Experience working with established brokerages (e.g., Sotheby’s International Realty, Compass, or similar)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assign and manage incoming real estate leads across internal platforms
Track lead status and ensure timely follow ups by agents
Maintain accurate records and updates within relocation/referral systems
Coordinate with internal teams and agents to ensure smooth lead distribution
Monitor pipelines to ensure no lead is left unattended
