Requirements

  • Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in healthcare analytics.
  • Proficiency with Python, PySpark, and SQL.
  • Experience working with large datasets in a cloud-based analytics environment.
  • Experience applying mathematics, statistics, and business analysis to transform complex data into advanced analytic solutions.
  • Experience developing structured and unstructured data sets for analysis.
  • Ability to create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business needs.
  • Must maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace to protect PHI/HIPAA data.
  • Must provide home internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and collect structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting.
  • Create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business objectives.
  • Build member-level predictive models, develop segmentation strategies, and evaluate the impact of Stars Population Health initiatives.
  • Deep dive into membership data to understand, model, and segment members for outreach and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Stars business leaders, Population Health stakeholders, and analytics teammates to connect strategies to broader Stars measures priorities.
