Requirements
- Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
- Proven experience in healthcare analytics.
- Proficiency with Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Experience working with large datasets in a cloud-based analytics environment.
- Experience applying mathematics, statistics, and business analysis to transform complex data into advanced analytic solutions.
- Experience developing structured and unstructured data sets for analysis.
- Ability to create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business needs.
- Must maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace to protect PHI/HIPAA data.
- Must provide home internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and collect structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting.
- Create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business objectives.
- Build member-level predictive models, develop segmentation strategies, and evaluate the impact of Stars Population Health initiatives.
- Deep dive into membership data to understand, model, and segment members for outreach and initiatives.
- Partner closely with Stars business leaders, Population Health stakeholders, and analytics teammates to connect strategies to broader Stars measures priorities.
