Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech-driven companies
- Experience in fintech domain (e.g., payments, banking, compliance, KYC/KYB, card issuing, or similar areas)
- Proven experience building and leading teams
- Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
- Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and validating design solutions
- Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational tasks
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Industry expertise in SaaS
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the team according to product needs
- Hire developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists
- Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release
- Define and maintain the Product Roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions throughout the development process
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions
- Define goals, success metrics, and key deliverables for the product
- Plan, prioritize, and track milestones, ensuring on-time delivery
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows
- Oversee product testing and quality assurance
- Support the product after launch: gather feedback, plan improvements, and drive adoption
