Requirements
- Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Qualified to PMP, PRINCE2 (Practitioner Grade), or Agile Project Management level.
- Minimum five years of experience in an operational project management and change delivery role.
- Advanced knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly experience dealing with challenging senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must be aged over 21, have held a licence for over 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points to drive a company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-stakes projects and large contract mobilisations across the Group.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritise and oversee projects, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor, using advanced influencing skills to shape strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop a specialist project delivery team by setting objectives, performance measures, and a culture of accountability.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for project delivery, establishing best practices, standards, and providing expert assurance.
- Oversee scheduling and resource allocation, negotiating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for optimal project execution.
