Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established processes, and keep records and tracking up to date
- Comfortable coordinating hiring and onboarding activities in a remote work environment
- Comfortable conducting structured interviews using established processes and evaluation criteria
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, partnerships, coordination, or other process-driven administrative work is an asset
- Experience using documentation and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365) to manage data and day-to-day work
- CRM experience is an asset
- Familiarity with disability, accessibility, assistive technology, or community-based work is a strong asset
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Community talent pipeline, including reviewing applicants and identifying candidates that match current hiring needs
- Coordinate the hiring process from application to onboarding, including moving candidates through stages, communicating next steps, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding of successful candidates
- Conduct interviews with applicants to assess role fit and technical proficiency using established interview processes and evaluation criteria
- Support onboarding of new Community members, including communication and follow-up to ensure all steps and documentation are completed
- Track referrals and partnership activities to help keep recruitment data organized and up to date
- Support the identification and coordination of external recruitment partnerships to help grow the Community talent pipeline
