Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a role that blended marketing tasks with administrative or recruitment support.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page and technical basics).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and WordPress (or similar CMS).
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
  • Ability to write technical SEO meta-descriptions and empathetic candidate rejection or outreach emails.
  • High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform keyword research to identify high-intent terms for hiring managers and candidates; optimize website metadata, headers, and image alt-text.
  • Manage the AIP Connect Linkedin page ensuring content is optimized to convert organic visitors into business leads.
  • Use Analytics and Search Console to track traffic growth and analyze areas of improement on our digital footprint.
  • Bridge the gap between SEO and Social Media by ensuring our LinkedIn content is keyword-rich and drives traffic back to our site.
  • Support consultants by building long-lists of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of job postings (Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal ATS).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, manage the collection of reference checks, and ensure candidate files are compliant and up-to-date in our database.
  • Format and polish candidate presentation decks before they are sent to high-value clients.
