Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in field marketing, growth marketing, campaign marketing, or a related marketing discipline.
- Have healthcare or health technology experience in the provider segment.
- Have experience building and executing integrated marketing programs for B2B, healthcare, or technology audiences.
- Demonstrate success working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
- Be able to turn business objectives into integrated growth marketing plans that produce measurable results.
- Have a working command of digital, email, content, webinars, events, partnerships, and sales enablement.
- Be skilled at developing messaging that connects audience needs to business value.
- Have an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret performance data and act on it.
- Have strong project management and organizational skills, including managing multiple initiatives and timelines.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, ABM, webinar, or analytics platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans for clinician and profile manager administration market segments.
- Translate growth marketing strategy into audience-specific programs tied to business, brand, and go-to-market priorities.
- Identify segments, channels, and moments to recruit, reactivate, and sustain engagement with target audiences.
- Develop education and market-facing programs, thought leadership, partnerships, events, and webinars.
- Lead end-to-end execution of field activations, campaigns, digital marketing, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-channel workstreams, timelines, budgets, project plans, and briefs.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Brand & Web, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Analytics.
- Set program goals and KPIs, report on reach, engagement, campaign influence, and pipeline contribution, and lead post-program debriefs.
- Use data, audience feedback, and market signals to refine channels, messaging, and investment.
