- Have 3+ years of product marketing and/or content marketing experience in B2B technology or enterprise software; Senior Manager candidates need 5+ years.
- Demonstrate success leading, supporting, and executing integrated content strategy across the customer journey.
- Provide a strong portfolio of published work demonstrating exceptional writing and the ability to simplify complex messaging.
- Be able to develop strategy while also writing and editing content in a variety of formats.
- Be able to multitask and prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bring collaborative skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrate relationship-building skills across teams and levels.
- Have strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Show curiosity and interest in life sciences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop blog posts, articles, white papers, infographics, videos, and other content.
- Repurpose high-performing assets into derivative pieces for multiple channels.
- Build and execute content strategies that support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product marketing, customer marketing, and field marketing to map and execute content across the buyer journey.
- Apply best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style.
- Measure and report on content performance, then optimize based on results.
- Contribute to standards, processes, and tools that improve cross-functional team efficiency.
- Track content marketing trends and propose ideas to explore and test.
