Requirements

  • Bring exceptional written communication skills and strong marketing writing samples.
  • Have proven experience writing technical content or covering highly complex topics.
  • Demonstrate use of AI to automate business processes and drive quantifiable impact.
  • Have experience writing marketing copy for paid social and digital display ads.
  • Understand AEO/SEO best practices, including how AI assistants retrieve, summarize, and cite information.
  • Use Google Analytics, Semrush, or similar platforms to inform strategy and editorial decisions.
  • Have 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a B2B setting.
  • Work effectively with marketers, salespeople, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience using AirOps to produce marketing content is a plus.
  • Basic industry knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and data analytics is a plus.
  • Experience developing content strategies for YouTube, LinkedIn, or Instagram video is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or other creative tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a content roadmap aligned with SEO/AEO priorities and business objectives.
  • Analyze audience personas, SEO/AEO data, and product strategy to create relevant content.
  • Own content from ideation through publication and distribution.
  • Partner with SEO and product teams to align content with priority topics, product strategy, and market positioning.
  • Structure content so search engines and AI assistants can understand, summarize, and cite Iterable’s perspective.
  • Set and maintain the brand voice, point of view, and editorial standards across content.
  • Create marketing copy with product marketing and go-to-market teams for campaigns and programs across the funnel.
  • Develop AI-assisted production workflows, briefs, and brand voice references, and evaluate emerging AI tools.
  • Monitor channel performance, maintain metrics and reports, and connect content visibility to qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Prepare marketing leadership readouts explaining performance changes, their significance, and recommended next actions.
