Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience within performance marketing and operations at a high-growth consumer company.
- Work directly with performance data using SQL, BI tools, spreadsheets, ad platforms, or creative analytics tools.
- Understand paid marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, PBP, incrementality, and creative fatigue.
- Be able to design measurement frameworks where none exist.
- Have built or rebuilt a scalable system, such as a tagging taxonomy, asset workflow, creative testing framework, automation pipeline, or reporting system.
- Have shipped a measurable solution to a key business problem.
- Have run complex cross-functional initiatives across technical and business teams.
- Demonstrate clear written communication, including turning complex situations into concise recommendations.
- Have experience working in a team where spend, creative volume, or market complexity grew quickly.
- Be comfortable turning ambiguous problems into practical systems and balancing speed with rigor.
Responsibilities
- Audit and redesign Growth Marketing operating systems, reporting, measurement, tooling, campaign workflows, and decision-making processes.
- Analyze creative performance across paid channels to identify drivers of business outcomes and winning patterns.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to improve creative testing strategy.
- Own the Growth Marketing data infrastructure, including Airtable, Sigma, and Snowflake.
- Partner with Data to build scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks, automate reporting, and improve data quality.
- Define how paid creative performance is measured and identify trends across channels.
- Translate performance insights into recommendations for creative investment, experimentation, and decision-making.
- Drive alignment across Performance Marketing, Influencer, and in-house Creative teams, making tradeoffs visible and escalating when needed.
- Lead cross-functional operational initiatives from problem scoping and planning through execution and results reporting.
- Solve structural operational problems as paid marketing scales across markets.
