Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, segment marketing, or related disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience developing and leading integrated growth marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, qualified demand, pipeline growth, customer expansion, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives across campaign strategy, content, events, digital marketing, performance marketing, account-based marketing, and customer marketing.
- Experience managing and developing marketing teams, including performance management, coaching, resource planning, and team development.
- Experience establishing marketing goals, KPIs, budgets, measurement frameworks, and operating processes aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership, sales, product marketing, account management, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, demand-generation tooling, and integrated go-to-market planning.
- Experience with account-based marketing and strategic account planning in partnership with business development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot, DemandBase, and MS Office/PowerPoint.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, reporting, optimization, and setting growth marketing KPIs.
- Demonstrated budget and ROI management experience, with accountability for a clear ROI target.
Responsibilities
- Set growth marketing strategy, annual plans, campaign priorities, event strategies, budget recommendations, and measurable outcomes across payer and provider segments.
- Own provider segment strategy, including audience goals, buyer personas, journeys, campaign priorities, and integrated marketing plans.
- Oversee payer segment strategy and results, delegating day-to-day campaign strategy and execution to the appropriate growth marketing leader.
- Manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary growth marketing team across campaigns, content, performance marketing, events, and lead generation.
- Establish event strategy, governance, calendars, budgets, experience design, lead goals, and success measures across both segments.
- Direct provider-focused content, campaigns, digital, paid, organic, and account-based channels to drive awareness, qualified demand, and pipeline contribution.
- Own the provider segment marketing budget and allocate spend across channels, events, and vendors against lead and pipeline targets.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, and Marketing Operations & Analytics.
- Define segment KPIs and use performance data to optimize audience strategy, campaign design, channel mix, content, event investments, and budget allocation.
